About the Authors

Michael A. Cremo is an author and researcher specializing in the history and philosophy of science. His persistent investigations during the eight years of writing Forbidden Archeology documented a major scientific cover-up. His recent academic papers include:

"Puranic Time and the Archeological Record." Presented at World Archeological Congress 3, New Delhi, India, December 4-11, 1994.
"The Impact of Forbidden Archeology." Presented at Kentucky State University Institute for Liberal Studies Sixth Annual Interdisciplinary Conference on Science and Culture, March 30 - April 1, 1995.

Richard L. Thompson received his Ph.D. in mathematics from Cornell University. He is the author of scientific books and articles on evolutionary biology. In 1984, he initiated the intense research effort that culminated in the publishing of this book.
